No person shall place for municipal solid waste collection materials
considered to be yard waste nor any material accepted at the Town's
recycling center. Yard waste shall include grass clippings, weeds,
hedge clippings, garden waste, and leaves.
Any individual in violation of this article shall be penalized as provided in § 1-7 of the bylaws. A person designated by the Board of Selectmen as the enforcing person shall enforce this bylaw.
