The Town of Little Valley agrees to confer and shall confer,
on and after the effective date hereof, the benefits of § 18
of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York, which is, by
reference, specifically made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein,
upon all officers and employees of the Town of Little Valley.
The Town of Little Valley shall, on and after the effective
date hereof, be held liable for all costs incurred in
connection with the defense and indemnification of officers and employees
of the Town of Little Valley pursuant to the provisions of § 18
of the Public Officers Law.
