The Lindenwold Board of Fire Commissioners is directed to charge
and recover the following costs and expenses it incurs in the cleanup
of motor vehicle or hazardous material incidents serviced by the entities
under the control of the Lindenwold Board of Fire Commissioners from
any party determined to be responsible for the incident.
The Board is directed and empowered to determine the party responsible
for the incident using the results of any police investigation. In
the event that any party so charged with responsibility objects to
that determination, the Board shall conduct a hearing and make a determination.
