[Adopted 11-25-2003 (Ch. III, § C, of the 1975 Code)]
Pursuant to the authority granted by the C.G.S. § 9-199(c),
in any assessment year in which, in the opinion of the Board of Selectmen,
the Board of Assessment Appeals should be enlarged from its established
membership of three elected persons to five persons, the Board may,
at any regular or special Town Meeting, propose the appointment of
two additional persons by name, and the Town Meeting shall appoint
such persons or such other persons as the Town Meeting shall select
to serve for the assessment year in which such appointments are made.
Said appointments shall meet the requirements of C.G.S. § 9-167a.
