A. Subdivision fees as provided for in Section
415.120 are established based on the following schedule:
1. One
(1) to ten (10) lots $ 25.00
2. Eleven
(11) or more lots $ 50.00
B. A preliminary
and final plat submitted at the same time shall require the payment
of only one (1) subdivision fee.
