In accordance with Sections 320.010, 320.030 and 320.050, the maximum speed limit on the streets, highways and alleys in this City is thirty (30) miles per hour. The following critical zones of hazard have been established as reduced speed zones, in accordance with Section 320.050, where properly signposted:
