The inhabitants of the City of Creve Coeur, within the corporate
limits as hereinafter described or as hereafter established in the
manner provided by law, shall continue to be a municipal body politic
and corporate in perpetuity under the name of the City of Creve Coeur.
The territorial limits of the City of Creve Coeur shall be as described
by George Kropp, Registered Professional Engineer and Surveyor, in
the legal description dated November 30, 1975 and kept in the office
of the Creve Coeur City Clerk.
