This chapter has been established to provide a synopsis of legislation
relating to the creation of authorities.

Upper Providence Township Sewer Authority.

Under the provisions of Municipality Authorities Act of 1945,
being the Act of May 2, 1945 (P.L. 382, No. 164), as amended, the
Upper Providence Township Sewer Authority was created by Ordinance
120, passed April 3, 1979. Ordinance 120 was amended on May 11, 1979,
and December 11, 1997 (Ordinance 313). Copies of these ordinances
may be obtained, at cost, from the Township Secretary.
