All motor vehicles owned by the Borough of North Haledon shall
be used for official Borough business only, and personal and/or nonbusiness
use of same in any manner whatsoever without the prior approval of
the Mayor is prohibited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following
individuals may use the motor vehicle assigned to them by the Borough
of North Haledon at their respective discretion:
A.
Chief of Police Department;
B.
Captain of Police Department;
C.
Superintendent of Department of Public Works;
D.
Foreman of Department of Public Works;
E.
Fire Official;
F.
Coordinator of Office of Emergency Management;
G.
Deputy Coordinator of Office of Emergency Management;
H.
Fire Chief; and
I.
Assistant Fire Chief.
