Livingston and Wright Park and Buder
Park shall close daily at dusk. Tiemeyer Park, St. Ann Park, Schafer
Park and Mary Ridge Park shall close daily at 10:00 P.M. No persons
shall be in said parks after closing time.

No person shall operate a vehicle
within any park in the City in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour.

No person shall have in his/her possession
any alcoholic beverages while in Livingston and Wright Park and Buder
