Previous Village Personnel Policy Handbooks prior to the adoption
of this revised Personnel Policy Handbook are repealed and no longer
of any force and effect. The revision of the Personnel Policy Handbook
dated August 24, 2022, is hereby adopted effective this 24th day of
August 2022, and shall be known as "The Village of Indian Point, Missouri,
Personnel Policy." A copy of said policy is on file in the Village
offices.

A. The
Trustees of the Village of Indian Point, an employer under the Missouri
Local Government Employees Retirement System (LAGERS), hereby elects
the following:
1. To adopt a change in the benefit program of covered employees, changing
to Benefit Program L-5 in accordance with Section 70.655, RSMo.
2. The Clerk or Secretary shall certify this election to the Missouri
Local Government Employees Retirement System within ten (10) days
hereof. Such election shall be effective on the 1st day of July 2023.
