[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Whitesboro 5-14-1979 by L.L. No. 1-1979 (Ch. 28 of the 1986
Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The salary of the Mayor and Trustees shall be established by
including said salaries in the regular Village budget pursuant to
law.[1]

Editor's Note: The salaries of all Village officers and employees
are on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
This chapter shall take effect on June 1, 1979, and shall pertain
to the 1979-1980 budget and each succeeding budget unless amended
pursuant to law.
