A registry of the ownership of all real estate situated within
the City liable to municipal taxation or assessments is established
in accordance with the provisions of Section 1515 of the Third Class
City Code.
The City Engineer is authorized, empowered and directed to prepare
the necessary books and papers to register all such real estate and
maintain and keep the same in his office in accordance with the terms,
conditions and provisions of Sections 1516 through 1521 of the Third
Class City Code.

The City Engineer is authorized to issue to any person applying
for same a certified copy of entries in the Real Estate Registry upon
payment of $1 by such person to the City Clerk for each certified
copy so desired.
