The Borough of Monmouth Beach sponsors a New Jersey Group Health
Insurance Plan, consisting of Medical, Dental and Prescription Benefits
for its Municipal Employees and the Borough, in its discretion, is
authorized by law (N.J.S.A. 40A:10-17, et seq.) to assume the cost
of such coverage for retired employees who qualify.

The Municipal Chief Financial Officer is hereby authorized to
pay all of the premiums for the New Jersey Group Health Insurance
Plan which, as of the date of this section, consists of Medical, Dental
and Prescription Benefits, on behalf of all Municipal employees who
have retired on a disability pension or have retired after 25 years
or more of service credit with the Borough of Monmouth Beach, including
the premiums for their dependents, if any.
