a. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any animals such as pigs,
goats, cows, sheep or any poultry or mammals on any premises within
the Borough unless a permit for that purpose shall have been secured
from the Board.
b. No license for the keeping or raising of any animals, poultry or
mammals such as mentioned in paragraph a above, shall be granted to
any person when, in the opinion of the Board, the keeping or raising
of such animals, poultry or mammals would constitute a nuisance, because
of the nature or characteristics thereof, or where, in the opinion
of the Board, the keeping or raising thereof would be detrimental
to the general health of the residents of the neighborhood in which
such license is sought.
