As used herein, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
A person who has qualified as a guardian of the underage
person pursuant to testamentary or court appointment.
Includes any person, firm, association or corporation who
shall be the holder of any license to sell alcoholic beverages issued
by the Borough of Oceanport.
The underaged person's grandparent, aunt or uncle, sibling,
or any other person related by blood or affinity.
