This chapter shall be known as the "Village of Ardsley Local Law Authorizing
the Designation of Official Newspaper."
The Village Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to designate an official
newspaper or official newspapers, located within the County of Westchester.
Such newspaper or newspapers shall be used by the Village of Ardsley and its
legislative and/or administrative bodies and officials for the purpose of
placing official notices whenever required by applicable state or local laws.
Such designation may take place at the annual meeting of the Board of Trustees
or at any other regular meeting of the Board of Trustees which it may deem
appropriate.
