A.
The developer shall supply all necessary surveys to
establish the road according to line and grade as shown on approved
plans and set necessary grade stakes for the road builder's use.
B.
These stakes shall be maintained in proper position
for the entire period of the job.
C.
A final level survey shall be made by the developer
and the original approved tracing be replotted to show the actual
grades in addition to the approved grades originally shown.
A.
The road shall be guaranteed for one year by the developer
and road builder for workmanship and materials, after acceptance by
the Village Manager or his duly designated representative.
B.
Copies of these guaranties shall be furnished in writing
and shall be filed with the Village Clerk at the commencement of the
work.
