The owner shall obtain such permits as are necessary
for the opening of streets, sewers design and building construction,
and such other permits as are required by local law. These shall be
obtained prior to the start of construction and at no cost to the
Town of Chenango. The owner shall be responsible for payment of all
fees required by such local laws.
The Town Engineer shall be notified at least
two working days in advance of the start of construction.
