Any owner or other person having in his custody a dog or other warm-blooded animal that is quarantined shall, 11 days after the date of such quarantining, bring such dog or other warm-blooded animal to a licensed veterinarian for the purpose of ascertaining the health of the dog or other warm-blooded animal.

The owner or other person having control of a dog or other warm-blooded animal so quarantined shall, within 13 days following the date of such quarantining, present to the Clerk of the Township of Brick a certificate of a licensed veterinarian that such quarantined animal is in good health and that his release from quarantine will not present any dangers to the public health or welfare.
Unless the owner of a dog or other warm-blooded animal which has been quarantined shall follow §§ 98-18 and 98-19 of this article, such dog or other warm-blooded animal will not be allowed to be released from quarantine.
Any person convicted in the Municipal Court of violating provisions of this article shall be subject, upon conviction, to the penalties as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-15, General penalty.
