Part 3 of this chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Township of Brick, Ocean County, New Jersey."
The provisions of Part 3 of this chapter shall be administered by the Township of Brick Planning Board acting in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 291 of the Laws of New Jersey (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.), except where ancillary jurisdiction shall apply.
The definitions as set forth in a certain ordinance establishing definitions to be utilized in conjunction with Part 2 (Zoning), Part 3 (Subdivision of Land), Part 4 (Site Plan Review) and of the Code of the Township of Brick, which ordinance is intended to be adopted concurrent herewith, are hereby adopted by reference. Said definitions shall be known as Part 1 of Chapter 245 of the Code of the Township of Brick.
