It shall be unlawful for anyone to prowl or congregate on streets or other places of the Town of Middletown between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
The provisions of this article shall also extend to prowling by motor vehicles or other conveyance.

Violation of this article shall be considered a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of $75.

Whoever shall stand idling or loitering upon any pavement, sidewalk, street, crossing or alley in the Town of Middletown, or stand in a group or congregate with others on any pavement, sidewalk, street crossing or alley in the Town of Middletown aforesaid, so as to obstruct or hinder the free and convenient passage of persons walking, riding or driving over, along or upon such pavement, sidewalk, street crossing or alley and shall fail to make way, remove or pass after a reasonable request from any person or who shall fail to disperse or pass after being notified by any officer of said Town shall be deemed guilty of a common nuisance and, upon conviction thereof, shall be liable to a fine of $75.
