It shall be unlawful for any person to engage
in roller skating, skateboarding, in-line skating, bicycling or any
other recreational activity which might cause physical injury or harm
to any person in the immediate vicinity on Cochran Square at the intersection
of Broad Street and Main Street.

Violation of this chapter shall be considered
a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of $50.
