A.
The Village Clerk, the Deputy Clerk, the Village Treasurer
and the Deputy Treasurer need not be residents of the Village of Colonie
but must be residents of Albany County.
B.
Any appointed public officer need not be a resident
of the Village of Colonie but must be a resident of Albany County.
