It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to obey any rule or regulation adopted by the Denton Township Board to properly and safely provide for the enjoyment and use of Township property.
Any person convicted of violating said rules or regulations shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, and proceedings shall be instituted pursuant to Chapter 38, Municipal Civil Infractions.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSONS or PERSON
A natural person and also includes corporations, partnerships and associations and their officers and officials existing under or authorized to exist under the laws of the State of Michigan or of any other state or any foreign country.
No person shall offer for sale, display for sale, or sell personal property, including, but not limited to, motor vehicles, on property owned by the Township of Denton without written permission of the Denton Township Board.
Any person who shall offer for sale, display for sale, or sell personal property, including, but not limited to, motor vehicles, on property owned by the Township of Denton shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, and proceedings shall be instituted pursuant to Chapter 38, Municipal Civil Infractions.

The Township Supervisor is hereby authorized to enforce this article, and he or she may delegate the enforcement to any administrative official or employee of the Township.
