No person shall engage in a transient business in the Village without
first obtaining a license therefor.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
TRANSIENT BUSINESS
A business conducted in an open lot, from a stationary motor vehicle,
car, truck, tent, wagon, cart, public room or any temporary structure, for
the exhibition, selling or offering for sale of goods, wares and merchandise
to the public.

The fee for any license required by the provisions of this article shall
be at the levels fixed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Rockville Centre.
