Village of Rockville Centre, NY Article V Vehicles Delivering Fuel Oil

§ 185-23 Jurisdiction; specifications; fire extinguishers.

Any vehicle using the streets and roads of the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre to deliver fuel oil or inflammable liquids shall be under the jurisdiction of the Fire Prevention Bureau inspectors. The tanks must meet with the requirements of the laws of the State of New York, and shall be required to carry proper fire extinguishers.
