Nothing herein contained shall be construed
to prevent a taxicab duly licensed by another municipality from delivering
a passenger in the Village of Rockville Centre from such other municipality.
Any taxicab entering the Village of Rockville Centre for delivery
of a passenger from such other municipality shall under no circumstances
pick up a passenger within the Village of Rockville Centre. The right
of a taxicab operator who is duly licensed to operate by another municipality,
to deliver a passenger within the Village of Rockville Centre from
such other municipality, shall apply only where such other municipality
grants like privileges to a taxicab operator duly licensed by the
Village of Rockville Centre.
