A.
At the following intersections, official traffic signals
shall be erected (or are hereby ratified if heretofore erected), and
traffic at such intersections shall be directed by such signals:

Any driver of a vehicle who shall disobey the directions
of any traffic signal shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine of $25, together with costs of prosecution.
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle
traveling on the first-named street at any of the following intersections,
in the direction or directions hereby indicated in each case, to make
a right turn when his or her vehicle is facing a steady red traffic
signal:
