No person shall injure, deface or tarnish any building or any property belonging to the village in any manner whatsoever, nor shall any person wantonly or willfully injure, cut, deface, tarnish or besmear any wall, pump, hydrant, fountain, bridge, fence, railing or house or any part thereof nor any useful or ornamental structure or any shade tree or shrub within the village.
Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 145.00 et seq. of the Penal Law.
