This article shall be cited and may be referred
to hereinafter as the "Parking on Private Property Law."
The Board of Trustees hereby finds that parking
of vehicles on private property without the owner's permission is
creating extreme problems with the preservation of property of the
Village and its inhabitants.
The provisions of this article shall promote
the health, safety, morals or general welfare of the community, including
the protection and preservation of the property of the Village and
its inhabitants and the peace and good order of the Village of Sagaponack.

The parking of any vehicle on private property
without the property owner's specific permission, in writing, is hereby
prohibited.
