Disorderly conduct. In order to ensure the safe and proper functioning
of the Pittsburgh International Airport, no person shall:
A. Be or become drunk or intoxicated.
B. Commit any obscene or indecent act.
C. Engage in any fighting, threatening, violent or tumultuous behavior.
E. Use obscene language or make any obscene gestures.
F. Create a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act
which services no legitimate purpose of the actor.
No person shall engage in or conduct any form of gambling or operate
any gambling devices anywhere on the premises of the airport, other than the
Pennsylvania Lottery, or any other forms authorized by statute.
No person shall interfere or tamper with any aircraft, or put in motion
the engine of such aircraft, or put in motion the engine of such aircraft,
or use or remove any aircraft, aircraft parts, instruments or tools without
the permission of the owner or by specific direction of the Director.
No person shall take still, motion or sound pictures for commercial
purposes on the airport, without the permission of the Director. Accredited
news, newsreel or television cameramen shall secure clearance for their activities
from the office of the Director to insure compliance with applicable federal,
state or local regulations.
No person shall loiter on any part of the airport or airport premises
without a lawful purpose.
