The County may participate in or purchase from
purchase contracts entered into by a governmental or quasi-governmental
entity.
The County shall permit any governmental or
quasi-governmental entity to participate in or purchase from contracts
for materials, supplies, furnishings, equipment, other personal property
and nonprofessional services entered into by the County with its vendors.
The Purchasing Officer shall be responsible for drafting and implementing
regulations governing the participation of any other governmental
or quasi-governmental entity in and the purchase from contracts for
materials, supplies, furnishings, equipment or other personal property
and nonprofessional services entered into by the County and its vendors.
