The Harbor Management Commission, with the consent
of the Board of Selectmen, may employ the Harbor Master of the Town
of Old Saybrook, or a Deputy Harbor Master thereof, to administer
state and local regulations governing the operation of vessels within
the North Cove, and the officer so designated shall be known as the
"North Cove Dock Master."
The North Cove Dock Master shall be remunerated
pursuant to appropriate contract provisions by such funds so appropriated
by the Town Meeting for these purposes.
