A.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this chapter or any other promulgated hereunder or
the codes hereby adopted by reference, being the Individual Sewage Disposal
System Code of New Jersey (1953), and the Standards for Construction of Water
Systems for Realty Improvements (1957), which are made a part hereof, shall
upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty of not less than $5 nor more than $500
for each violation.

B.
Each day a particular violation continues
shall constitute a separate offense.
