Prior to making application to the Planning Board for consideration of a preliminary subdivision plat, the owner shall discuss the plat with the state, county and local agencies listed in §§ 125-13, 125-15, 125-16, 125-17 and 125-18 of this chapter.
A. 
The owner shall discuss the preliminary plat with the District Engineer of the New York State Department of Health if the proposed subdivision consists of five or more lots.
B. 
The owner shall make any changes to the plans required by the State Department of Health prior to submission to the Planning Board.
If the proposed subdivision is to use a form of subsurface leaching for waste disposal, soil percolation tests shall be made and the results submitted to the Subdivision Administrator with the preliminary plat.
If the proposed subdivision involves installation of a sewer system or water supply system, the owner shall discuss the preliminary plat with the Subdivision Administrator.
The owner shall discuss the preliminary plat with the Town Highway Superintendent if the proposed subdivision is within 300 feet of an existing or proposed county highway or any proposed new roads. The owner shall make any changes to the plans required by the Highway Superintendent prior to submission to the Planning Board.
The owner shall discuss the preliminary plat with the County Highway Superintendent if the proposed subdivision is within 300 feet of an existing or proposed county highway. The owner shall make any changes to the plans required by the Highway Superintendent prior to submission to the Planning Board.
The owner shall discuss the preliminary plat with the New York State Department of Transportation District Engineer if the proposed subdivision is within 300 feet of an existing or proposed state highway. The owner shall make any changes to the plans required by the District Engineer prior to submission to the Planning Board.
