A. 
Each Supervisor of Antrim Township whose next term of office, or initial term or appointment to office, commences on or after the effective date of this section, as amended, shall receive compensation as a Supervisor based upon the following schedule:

B. 
The population figures to be utilized in the figures set forth in Subsection A above shall be the latest available official census figures in effect immediately preceding the commencement of the next term of office, or initial term or appointment to office, of the Supervisor.
C. 
Such compensation shall be paid in quarterly installments. Any Supervisor failing to attend more than two official meetings within any quarter will receive reduced compensation at the average rate per meeting for that quarter.

Editor's Note: This ordinance shall not apply to Supervisors currently in office until the commencement of their next term of office. Antrim Township Ord. No. 150, Ord. No. 190 and Ord. No. 218 shall continue to remain in effect for the present Supervisors only until the end of their current terms.

No Supervisor shall receive annual compensation under this article in excess of the annual statutory limit set by the General Assembly for supervisors of townships within the appropriate population category or in excess of other applicable statutory limits.[1]

Editor's Note: Former Section 303, which stated that Supervisors would not be compensated for attending any meetings of the Board in excess of 48 meetings per year, and which immediately followed this subsection, was deleted 7-8-1997 by Ord. No. 246.
