The water service charge for any multiple-residence
structure located within the Village of Ballston Spa shall be in the
amount set forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees
per dwelling unit, residence unit or apartment located within any
multiple-residence structure or complex having 90 or more such dwelling
units, residences or apartments located with any such multiple-family
residence structure or complex.

The sewer service charge for any multiple-residence
structure located within the Village of Ballston Spa shall be in the
amount set forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees
per dwelling unit, residence unit or apartment located within any
multiple-residence structure or complex having 90 or more such dwelling
units, residences or apartments located with any such multiple-family
residence structure or complex.
All provisions of any prior enacted local law
or legislation inconsistent with this Article as the same applies
to multiple-family residences of 90 or more units only are hereby
repealed.
