The conduct of raffles as defined in N.J.S.A.
5:8-50 et seq. is hereby authorized on the first day of the week commonly
known and designated as "Sunday" as provided for in N.J.S.A. 5:8-58.
No raffles shall begin on Sunday until after
the hour of 1:00 p.m.

All requests to hold a coin toss event are subject to the approval
of the Mayor and Council and may only be held at the following locations:
Coin toss events shall be limited to two per calendar year per
organization and may only be held during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and
3:00 p.m.
