No person, other than a religious body, a school or a recognized association
of war veterans, owning, leasing, managing, conducting or operating any theater,
dance hall, cabaret or other place of amusement in the Village shall permit
any dancing, cabaret show or other exhibition or performance therein without
first procuring a license therefor.

For permission to carry on a regular business of presenting dances,
cabaret shows and other exhibitions and performances, an annual license fee
shall be paid. If the application is for the temporary use of premises for
such purpose, a license fee for each day during which the premises are so
to be used shall be payable in advance thereof. The Board of Trustees by resolution
shall adopt and from time to time may amend a schedule of fees payable by
an applicant for said licenses or a renewal thereof.
