It is unlawful for any person or persons to burn, without a county permit,
in his or her yard, or near any building on his or her premises or near the
premises of any other person near or adjoining his or her premises, that may
endanger property.

Any person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class G municipal infraction, and shall be subject to the fines as set forth in Chapter
20. Any and all court costs and/or costs of prosecution shall be paid by the violator upon conviction, in addition to the penalties provided for in this section.
