GENERAL REFERENCES

The owner of any property located along the line of any sewer in the Township of Cinnaminson, on which property a house or other building is now or shall hereafter be erected, shall connect such house or other building with such sewer.
The owner of such property failing to connect such house or other building with the sewer shall be ordered to do so by this Board under authority of Paragraph d of N.J.S.A. 26:3-31, as amended, and written notice of such order shall be given and served upon such owner by the Secretary of the Board by handing it to him personally or leaving it at his usual place of abode with a member of his family above the age of 18 years.

Any person or persons, partnership, firm or corporation who shall fail to comply with such order within 30 days after service of such notice shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty of not less than $2 nor more than $500. Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
