26, Art. II, of the 1988 Code)]
There is hereby created the position of Assistant
Construction Code Official in the Township of Franklin, County of
Hunterdon and State of New Jersey.
The person appointed to this position shall
be responsible for inspection of buildings as set forth under the
State Uniform Construction Code and fully certified.

Fees and costs associated with enforcement of the Uniform Construction Codes Act are set forth in Chapter 182, Fees, of the Code of the Township of Franklin.
