The applicant and his contractors shall carry such insurance as may
be required by the Township.
The detailed drawings annexed hereto shall be available for inspection
at the office of the Township Clerk during regular business hours.
The Land Use Board of the Township is hereby authorized to entertain
and consider applications by subdividers and applicants for site plan approval
to vary the strict enforcement of the terms of this chapter in accordance
with the same standards and criteria as pertain to the granting of variances
on site plan approval or subdivisions pursuant to the criteria set forth in
N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70. All other requests for variances from the strict application
of the terms of this chapter shall be heard by the Township Land Use Board
in accordance with the same statutory authority.
