An appeal to the Land Use Board may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of the administrative officer of the municipality based on or made in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or Official Map. Such appeal shall be taken within 20 days by filing a notice of appeal in the manner set forth in § 90-19B of this chapter and in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-69 et seq.

An appeal from any final decision of the Land Use Board granting a use variance pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-17d may be taken to the governing body, provided that such appeal shall be taken within 10 days of the date of publication of the Board's decision in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-17.
