[Adopted 6-15-1982 by Ord. No. 82-6 (Ch. 25, Art. I, of the 1982 Code)]
There is hereby created the position of Municipal Compliance Officer with the Borough of Gibbsboro, which office shall be by appointment of the Mayor with confirmation of Council for a term of one year, as provided in the statute.
The Municipal Compliance Officer shall be a part-time employee of the Borough of Gibbsboro and shall divide his time as required in performing the necessary functions of that office.[1]
