Fourteen copies of the sketch plat and application
for classification shall be filed with the Borough Clerk. Sketch plats
shall be to Tax Map scale, not less than one inch equals 200 feet,
showing the North point; Tax Map sheet, block and lot numbers; owner's
name; bordering dimensions of the tract and of proposed lots; locations
of proposed buildings, if any; widths of abutting streets; street
names; and the location of existing buildings on the tract. On approval
of a minor subdivision, copies of the application shall be distributed
to the developer, Planning Board file and the Tax Assessor.

No site plan review application shall be accepted for submittal unless it conforms to the submission checklist under Chapter
240, Land Use Procedures, §
240-10B. No application shall be accepted unless it is filed on the official application forms of the Borough.
