§ 12-17 Establishment; Superintendent of Recreation.

There is hereby created the Department of Recreation, the head of which will be the Superintendent of Recreation, who shall be appointed by the Township Committee. Said Superintendent shall be responsible for the care, maintenance and administration of the parks and recreation areas as provided in Chapter 163, Parks and Recreation Areas, of the Code of the Township of Manalapan.
