Any person violating any of the provisions of any chapter adopted by the Board of Health of the Township of Manalapan shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine and/or be subject to a term of imprisonment as set forth in Article
II, §
1-17 of the Code of the Township of Manalapan.
Except as otherwise provided, each and every
day in which a violation of any of the provisions of any chapter adopted
by the Board of Health of the Township of Manalapan occurs or is allowed
to continue after occurring shall constitute a separate violation,
subjecting the violator, upon conviction, to pay a fine of not less
than $25 nor more than $500 and/or be subject to a term of imprisonment
not exceeding 90 days in the county jail, or both, in the discretion
of the Magistrate for each violation.
The Board of Health of the Township of Manalapan
may revoke a license issued by the Board of Health to any person who
fails to pay a fine imposed for violation of any chapter adopted by
the Board of Health of the Township of Manalapan within five days
of the day on which it was imposed. Any person having three convictions
may be barred by the Board of Health from renewal of a license.
Nothing in this article shall be construed as
limiting or affecting the power of the Board of Health to revoke,
suspend, fail to renew or to issue a license or otherwise take administrative
action with respect to a license when authorized to do so.

A. The Board of Health shall waive or exempt those charitable,
philanthropic, fraternal and religious nonprofit organizations holding
a tax exempt status under the Federal Internal Revenue Code of 1954
[26 U.S.C. Section 501 (c) or (d)] from the payment of those fees
established pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Township
of Manalapan pertaining to the Board of Health.
B. In addition, the Township of Manalapan, its political
subdivisions, including, but not limited to the Planning Board and
the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall not be charged any fees otherwise
set forth in the Code of the Township of Manalapan pertaining to the
Board of Health.
C. The Board of Education shall not be eligible for fee exemptions pursuant to this §
241-12.
