Pursuant to the provisions of the Town Charter of Rock Hall, the Mayor and Council do hereby adopt the following chapter.
A. 
Chapter 64 (Animals) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County, as amended, shall be applicable and enforceable by Kent County, Kent County's designee, or the Mayor and Council's designee within the boundaries of the Town of Rock Hall, except as otherwise provided in this chapter. The complete text of the Kent County Animal Control Law, as applicable and enforceable in the Town, is on file and available for public review in the Town office.

B. 
The Mayor and Council are authorized to declare certain public areas within the Town off limits to dogs and other animals. Areas so designated shall be posted. A violation of this provision shall be a municipal infraction.

Chapter 64 (Animals) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County, as applied and enforced within the Town limits as Chapter 94, Dogs and Other Animals, of the Code of the Town of Rock Hall, is hereby amended as follows.[1]
